PR expert Rob Cooper says there's a seedy underbelly to the fame game, with more and more reality stars are being lured into prostitution.

"Work is drying up for many reality stars who have failed to build an individual identity for themselves, reality shows have now been aired for over fifteen years in the UK, churning out thousands of reality stars and there’s simply not enough work for them all," he tells Mirror Online.
